Photographs were collected and/or taken by various MOA staff and volunteers over the years.
Scope and content
Series contains photographs collected for curatorial research by MOA staff, mostly relating to First Nations geographical areas, cultures, and artists. The series also includes photographs documenting MOA activities, staff, and volunteers.
The photographs are organized into two subseries:
A. Early MOA activities and curatorial research
B. MOA Activities, 1976 and later

Many more photographs are located in other fonds/collections in the MOA archives. From ca. 2000 forward, photographs have remained with the records of their creator rather than being separated and added to this general photograph collection.

General note
This series was previously catalogued as the Museum of Anthropology General Photograph collection. It was added to the MOA General Media collection in 2017.
