Royal Ontario Museum

File contains copies of correspondence between McLennan and the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) regarding MOA borrowing some pieces from their collection to showcase in the <i>Signed Without Signature</i> exhibit. The majority of the photographs contain in this file are images of a cedar hat held at the ROM. Other photographs depict gold and silver bracelets.

Royal British Columbia Museum

File contains copies of still images permission forms from the Royal British Columbia Museum, as well as copies of correspondence between McLennan and the RBCM regarding obtaining images from the RBCM for the <i>Signed without Signatures</i> exhibit. There are also photocopies of the images of cedar hats and silver bracelets supplied by the RBCM. The contact sheets include images of a cedar hat.

File consists of images objects and a publication titled "We Sing to the Universe: Poems by Ron Hamilton" for which Bill McLennan photographed the artwork on the cover. In addition, is a letter from Ron Harrison to Bill McLennan.

Robert Davidson Pepsi-Co Commission

Subseries consists of material created by Jacquie Gijssen and Karen Duffek, two MOA employees who were in charge of McLennan’s office while he was working on Expo ’86. During this time, they visited Robert Davidson at his studio in Semiahoo Village where he was carving three totem poles for the Pepsi Cola Sculpture Garden. Karen interviewed Robert about the work on two occasions and Jacquie photographed the work on the pole over the year of 1986. The series consists of interview notes by Karen and negatives and slides by Jacquie.
