Artifacts used in exhibit from MOA + other institutions
File contains the catalogue records of objects that were used in <i>The Transforming Image</i> exhibit.
Subseries contains records related to an exhibit on Northwest Coast metals developed by McLennan in collaboration with two anthropology students. Records include exhibit design notes including case arrangements, the exhibit proposal from the students, correspondence regarding the exhibit preparations, research regarding Northwest Coast metal works and photographs depicting various artifacts that would be included on display.

File mainly contains images of the artists involved in the <i>Through My Eyes</i>, such as Jim Hart and Robert Davidson and some of the artifacts featured in the exhibit. The textual records contain a copy of the file's content.

File contains a copy of the <i>Through my Eye</i> exhibit record, as well as copies of the exhibit's excerpts from the Vancouver Museum. There is also a postcard from the Vancouver Museum of a Tsimshian frontlet.

File contains correspondence between Bill McLennan and staff at the Vancouver Museum. In addition are letters sent to some of the artists involved with the exhibit.
File contains photocopies of images of some of the silver work featured in the <i>Signed withot Signature: Works by Charles and Isabella Edenshaw</i> exhibit.
File mainly contains photocopies of images of Northwest Coast pieces featured in the exhibit, and photocopies of historical images of Edenshaw and of First Nations villages. Other textual records include copies of loan agreements between MOA and the Royal BC Museum. The photographs are reproductions of historical photographs featuring Charles Edenshaw.
Sub-series consists of photographic prints and photocopies collected from other institutions for use on object labels in MOA's Great Hall. Items were originally housed in two large binders with dividers.
File consists of photographic prints depicting Oweekeno cultural objects from other institutions. Many of the prints are annotated with handwritten, stamped, or typed information about the contents of the images or their original repositories. The contents of this file were used to create object labels for MOA Object ID A50006 in MOA's Great Hall.
